Het WebLoket respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us. This privacy policy explains which personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

2. Which data do we collect?
Via the contact form on this website you voluntarily provide the following details:
- Name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Industry, and your preference for package and copy
- The content of your message
For visitor statistics we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool. It collects no personal data and sets no cookies, so no data that personally identifies you is recorded (see point 6).
3. Why do we collect this data?
We use your data exclusively to:
- respond to your request or question;
- prepare a quote or proposal for you;
- maintain contact about a possible or ongoing project.
The legal basis for this is your consent (by submitting the form) and/or the performance of a contract.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data no longer than necessary:
- Requests that don’t result in a project: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client data: as long as needed for the project. Invoicing data is kept for 7 years, in line with the Dutch Tax Authority’s mandatory retention period.
5. Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data to third parties. We only share it with parties needed for our service:
- Our hosting provider, which technically enables the website and email (processor).
- The provider of our cookieless statistics tool, which only processes anonymised visitor counts and no personal data (processor).
Where required, we conclude a processor agreement with these processors.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website places no tracking or advertising cookies. We only use functional cookies that are strictly necessary to make the site work; the law does not require consent for those.
For visitor statistics we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool. It measures things like how many people visit the site and which pages are popular, but it places no cookies and collects no personal data. That’s why we don’t show a cookie banner: there is nothing for you to accept or refuse.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure (SSL/HTTPS) connection and careful management of website access.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- have your data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to the processing;
- withdraw your consent;
- have your data transferred.
To exercise these rights, send an email to info@hetwebloket.nl. We respond within two weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
